  • Customer Contact Information
  • A complete ten-digit ISBN (International Standard Book Number) for each product
  • Quantity to be shipped
  • First Author's Name
  • Complete Title of the Product (include edition)

Returns Information

The Returns Policy for Cambridge Business Publishers is as follows:

  • Full refund or credit for returned books in resalable condition that are returned within 6 months of the original invoice date.
  • The returns policy timeframe is 6 months from the invoice date.
  • Returns must be shipped prepaid by traceable means.
  • Returns must reference the original invoice numbers for titles included. If a college store wishes to return materials but does not have a copy of the original invoice, they should request permission from Customer Service.
  • Returns must be in saleable condition. All software and CD-ROMs must be returned to Cambridge Business Publishers with the original envelope seal or package seal unbroken and intact.
  • Returns of superseded titles must be received within 120 days of publication of the new edition.
  • A $25.00 shipping fee will be charged for all refused returns.
  • Out-of-print titles are not accepted 120 days after publisher's Out-of-Print Notification.
  • No returns will be accepted for credit or refund from any customer who has not purchased books directly from Cambridge Business Publishers.
